Responsibilities
- Deliver specific task on assigned operational, commercial, or business project, working together with manager and project role player
- Depend on your placement — investigate business matter, analyse information, apply practical problem-solving, and support relevant tool and process
- Give support, take part in project meeting, prepare accurate report, and present to senior leadership
- Research market trend, build good working relationship, and stay updated on development in your field to make sure best practice is applied
Requirements
- Must be recent graduate who finish relevant bachelor’s degree within last two years
- Opportunity available across Engineering, Commercial, and General discipline
- No extensive work experience needed — we value your fresh thinking, potential, and enthusiasm

No previous work experience required. We looking for curious, motivated person who ready to learn, contribute, and help improve our operation and business performance. Strong academic record with average of 65% or higher will help you stand out.
Must have good written and spoken English, plus basic computer literacy — especially Microsoft Office — to work well with others and contribute to meaningful project from day one.
Must be South African citizen and meet relevant qualification requirement for chosen graduate stream.
