Position Overview

Every position in the graduate program is permanent. Graduates enter designated business units within our retail and commercial banking sectors, collaborating in teams focused on credit analytics, product innovation, process and technology advancement, financial analysis, fraud and risk assessment, customer experience, usability, branding, and financial management, among other areas.

Graduates engage in a full-time position and take part in monthly training sessions along with an action learning project as a component of the graduate development program.

Your duties would comprise:

  • Providing outstanding service through attentive listening to customer demands and developing creative solutions customized to their needs.
  • Aiding your team’s success by executing tasks effectively, organizing carefully, keeping precise records, and promptly updating necessary information.
  • Participating in the organization’s innovation efforts by taking part in brainstorming activities, proposing fresh ideas, and working with team members to create inventive solutions that align with business goals.
  • Enhance your career prospects by engaging in knowledge-sharing activities, collaborating on projects, and fully utilizing training opportunities to expand your skills and stay aligned with industry developments.
  • Assuming responsibility for your personal and career development by finishing training tasks, participating in pertinent workshops and seminars, and consistently seeking chances to enhance skills that align with the company’s principles and aid in realizing your full potential.

Criteria:

  • Excellent academic performance (please include academic transcript with the application)
  • Presently finishing the last year of pertinent university courses, especially within the BSc and Commerce faculties, concentrating on these programs: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Chemistry, Data Science, UX (usability and consumer experience), or similar areas.
  • Analytical and numerical thinking with robust problem-solving abilities is crucial.
