What you must do:

• Do all till point work fast and correct.
• Scan items correct, take payment correct, and also do clubcard rewards when customer buy.
• Always handle cash safely.
• Tell customers about clubcard, get new people to join, so store reach its clubcard goals.
• Tell customers about specials, so they buy more and “feel good, pay less.”
• Give customer service like you represent the brand — be friendly, professional, easy to see on floor.
• Keep shelves and store clean and tidy, follow how store wants it to look.
• Help company be the top choice for health and beauty, by living the company’s values.
• Know the products, ranges, specials and events well, so you can tell customer correct info.

Knowledge needed:

• Can do basic maths
• Know retail or FMCG work, understand merchandising and specials
• Know how stock management works
• Know what good customer service look like

• Know how to use computer
• Good with numbers

Minimum requirements

Experience:

• Good to have: worked before with customers, in retail or FMCG store

Education:

• Must have: Grade 12
• Good to have: Maths 50% and English 50% in Grade 12
