About the Programme
If you’ve just finished your studies and you’re looking for real workplace experience, Tharisa Minerals is running their Graduate In Training programme again this year. It’s a solid opportunity for recent graduates to get proper hands-on exposure in the mining industry instead of just theory from university.
The programme runs for two years (sometimes extended) and gives you the chance to work alongside experienced professionals while building practical skills in your field.

What You Will Gain

Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Recently completed Diploma or Degree in one of the listed fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Willing to work in a mining or industrial setting
