Programme Overview

YES Apprentice: HR Technology and People Support is fixed-term Youth Employment Service programme role. Position based in Brackenfell, Western Cape, and report to the People Partner: Technology.

Role give administrative and operational support to the Technology / SRX People Team, with exposure across the people value chain. This include HR admin, talent acquisition support, contractor onboarding and offboarding, employee lifecycle support, reporting, coordination, and people process inside the Technology division.

Apprentice will get practical experience working with People Partner and stakeholder across the broader People function, while building foundational knowledge in talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, HR systems, reporting, and people operations.

What You Must Bring

Must have HR-related Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree
No previous work experience needed
Must know Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Basic ability or interest in Artificial Intelligence prompting
Strong attention to detail and administration skill
Basic reporting and data management skill
Comfortable working with system and technology
Able to schedule interview and coordinate candidate communication
Able to track candidate feedback and keep accurate recruitment update
Interest in developing across HR, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, people analytics, reporting, HR systems, workforce planning, governance, and business partnering inside large Technology environment
