Programme Overview
Department of Home Affairs (DHA) invite unemployed youth who have Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent qualification to apply for 2026/27 Cadet Learnership Programme. Programme run for 12 month contract period.
This is Youth Development Empowerment initiative that support the National Development Plan. Through theory training and practical learning, it give unemployed South African youth chance to gain skill, knowledge, and experience — while also positioning themselves for meaningful participation in the job market.
Successful candidate will receive monthly stipend for full duration of the Cadet Learnership Programme.
How to Apply
Submit Z83 form together with recently updated CV. Write Reference number, Position, and Area/Centre on your application form.
Only shortlisted candidate will need to submit certified copy of ID, qualification, and recent academic transcript/record.
Requirements for all location: Grade 12 / Matric certificate
