Land Bank Learnership Programme
About the Programme
Land Bank want to give young unemployed graduate real chance to grow. This Learnership run for 24 months and give you structured learning, workplace exposure, and hands-on experience in your field of study. You also get mentor who guide you, help you build skill and knowledge, and make sure you develop proper in your area.
This is not just programme — it is real starting point for your career.
Who Can Apply
- Must be South African citizen
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must have relevant tertiary qualification in one of the critical fields listed below
- Must have no work experience after finishing studies — fresh graduate only
We looking for young women and men who excited about contributing to agricultural sector. If you vibrant, energetic, and have can-do attitude — you will do well here.
What You Will Do
- Complete all duties assigned to you in professional manner, as directed by your mentor
- Work on developing your own skill in your specialist field
- Do admin duties as allocated by your mentor
- Do research, write report, compile memorandum, and prepare presentation when needed
Qualification Required
Must have minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in one of these field:
- Banking
- Finance or Accounting
- Agricultural Economics
- BSc Agriculture
- Agri Business or Commerce
- Economics
- Business Management
Must not have any previous learnership, internship, or work experience related to your qualification.

- Know how to use MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work extended hours when needed
- Must be willing to travel when needed
